Refund and Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

Our team begins processing your order as soon as it’s placed, and all items are dispatched within five hours. Please note that during periods of high demand and social-distancing requirements at our distribution center, shipments may take longer than usual. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number—allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s system to update. Standard (free) shipping typically arrives in 6–12 business days, while express shipping takes 3–7 business days. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us so we can follow up with the carrier. Once an order is in transit, we cannot change its shipping address.

Return & Refund Policy:

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your items. To be eligible, merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, complete with tags and any accessories, and accompanied by your proof of purchase. Inspect your package upon delivery and notify us immediately if you receive a defective or incorrect item. To start a return, email pluggycar@gmail.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and your reason for returning.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that arrive damaged, missing components, or show signs of use beyond their intended purpose. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error—in those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved; approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method and may take several days to appear on your statement.

Please note we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or products altered or used outside their clear intended use.
